Product Use
This equipment is used for batch sterilization and cleaning of containers（such as baskets, trays, boxes, etc.）. It uses high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization to remove contaminants without the need for chemical agents; it is equipped with a drying/blow-drying device at the end, allowing immediate use after washing.

R&D Background
The use scenarios of containers are complex, making them highly susceptible to contamination. Design elements such as perforations and reinforcing ribs increase the difficulty of cleaning, posing a significant challenge for manual cleaning. Our newly introduced container sterilization washer features a tunnel-style structural design and a multi-stage high-temperature and high-pressure washing process. It not only removes various contaminants from the surface of the containers but also thoroughly eliminates microorganisms, greatly improving efficiency and truly helping user enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.
